   Mariachi's de Jalisco Georgetown

Great news for Round Rock... If you've been to the Mariachi's de Jalisco in Hester's Crossing in the past but weren't completely satisfied, go back and give them another try.  The restaurant has changed ownership and things are much better now.

Our good friends who own the Mariachi's in Georgetown have taken over, changed the staff and chef, and we think you will be much happier with them now.

Mariachi's makes everything from scratch, even their chips and salsa.  You'll find anything you would expect to find on a Mexican restaurant menu and then some.  Just like the other locations, Mariachi's Round Rock features their Parilla Mixta entree, (meaning mixed grill) which is a generous portion of beef, chicken and shrimp fajitas brought to you on a sizzlin' skillet.  You will love the tender steak, but the aroma alone would have most people salivating before ever taking a bite.

Wanna try something a little more tradional Mexican?  How about the Carne Asada?  Again very tender steak topped with Nopales (cactus), this might sound a little strange to someone who's never tried it, yet it's still a tasty dish.


Our favorites...  The Super Nachos made with beef, chicken, beans and melted cheddar topped with lettuce, tomato, jalepenos and guacamole. (mmmmm terrific nacho plate)  Also Mariachi's Chicken Enchiladas make for a nice alternative to usual.  You can get them on other Enchilada plates like the Texano Plate.

       
And if you're looking for margaritas, and other nightlife beverages...  Mariachi's has a full bar available to compliment your dinner choice.  So drop back by Mariachi's de Jalisco in Round Rock and give them a try.  You'll be glad you did.
