You'll also find a full bar and a spectacular menu of Hayashi's fusion of Asian cuisines. Executive chef, Hayashi (trained by award winning chef's) brings out the art of food with every dish, and his art really leaves you with something to talk about.

But these masterpieces are more than just great to look at, you'll end up saying how good the food is with every bite. Some of our recommendations? The Mango Chilean Sea Bass, a dish you won't find on every corner and terrific to the last bite. (the sauce is amazing) Or try the Spicy Tuna Sashimi and the Beef Tataki, tender steak, seared to perfection on a bed of veggies topped off with the Ponzu sauce. (Again, amazingly great tasting sauce)

Speaking of the sauces, Hayashi makes over 20 in house. Plus all of their fish is flown in daily from many locations.  If you are a sushi connoisseur this is likely to be one of your favorite stops. Sushi is at the heart of Hayashi's passion.

The latest location at 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park. Is  more of a family casual style restaurant, but still exhibiting the many talents of Chef Hayashi. They have a party room available for groups and both locations are available for catering groups of any size. Hayashi also offers his catering with a live chef present at your gathering.
