The ambiance is absolutely perfect for an important night out, complete with a few different dining rooms, a wine bar, or choose the patio.  The candle lit setting with soft music and a glass of wine definitely set the mood for your special evening.  But when the waitstaff bring out your "work of art" entrees and you taste them, you'll be suddenly confirmed in your excellent choice for dining.

This is the type of place to go to and try something new.  By the way, the restaurant owner Bob Bousquet says he is making that a reality.  Chantal's will likely always be serving some of the local favorites, like Ahi Tuna (seared rare with a chilled Soba noodles salad, Wasabi, and a soy sesame reduction), however the menu will be changing weekly.

You can choose from deluxe seafood dishes to Angus sirloin or even duck.  No matter the plate you choose, even down to the salads... the Chef and his crew put on a show that arrives hot, fresh and probably deserves applause.

Afterwards, save a little room for dessert.  This will certainly top off your evening at Chantal's Bistro.  Choose from Sorbet, Crème Brulee,
Chocolate Liqueur Cake and more.

Chantal's Bistro is classy, not too pricy and even does lunch.  That's right you can get soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch and still get that special Chantal's treatment.  Chantal's Bistro will accept walk-ins according to availability, but we recommend you make reservations.
