Okay all of you burger seekers... 




Here's a place you'll have to try.  Burger Central in Leander.  Grab the kids and head out to Leander for a fantastic burger, fries, onion rings, Blue Bell Ice Cream and more.  This cozy little small town eatery will leave all of you more than full and satisfied.  The restaurant is located in right on Highway 183 in Leander, about a half mile past Crystal Falls Pkwy.  It's a small place but they pack a big punch in the flavor department.  

Burger Central offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.  They offer breakfast items like homemade French Toast,  breakfast wraps and sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns and of course their homemade beef breakfast sausage.  We think they should probably package this sausage and sell it in the grocery stores.  You will love it.

For lunch and dinner they offer an array of sandwiches and burgers that will surely remove any thoughts you might have given to stopping for a fast food burger.  They only use quality meats and make their delicious sauces in house.  If your veggie only friends are along for the ride, Burger Central also offers salads and other vegetarian choices.  Plus, ask about the $5 drive thru deal.  (burger, fries and a drink)

But back to the good stuff for all of us "Meatatarians".  One of our favorites is definitely the Redline.  This is a full flavored grilled chicken sandwich made with grilled chicken breast and tossed in wing sauce.  (You can choose mild or spicy.)  Then it's topped with bleu cheese crumbles, lettuce, tomato and red onion.  It's served on a wonderful grilled bun.  Now we don't want to just fly right over the bun part.  Their buns are made with slightly sweet bread that puts the regular buns out there to shame.

If you like spicy, and we do...  Try the Blazing Saddles, a spicy seasoned burger, topped with jalapeno jack cheese and chipotle mayo.  Mmm-Mmm, this is a great hamburger.  If you add bacon to any of their burger creations, you'll get that Applewood smoked bacon that just puts a little extra flavor into just about anything.

When you're finished, if you can finish one of these large burgers...  Make sure you get a scoop of the Blue Bell Ice Cream.  Everybody knows Blue Bell makes the good stuff and the kids will be in for a treat.

    

We recommend you try one of everything on this menu.  We love a great homemade burger.  We love a great small town cafe.  So we really love Burger Central also.
